$100.00 Earnest money places a hold on your apartment during the approval process.

Cats and dogs allowed with Pet Agreement

2 Pets maximum per apartment home

1 Small Pet = $25.00/month 2 Small Pets = $35.00/month

1 Large Pet = $35.00/month 2 Large Pets = $50.00/month

1 Pet *$300.00 refundable pet deposit 2 Pets *$450.00 refundable pet deposit

Dog breed restrictions: Akita, Doberman, Pitbull and Rottweiler. If mixed breed, the breed will judged by appearance on a case by case basis.

Dogs over 90 lbs must reside in one of our garden or patio style apartment homes

While strolling our beautifully landscaped community a leash must be worn by all dogs. Our "Dog Park" is available for off leash fun for your pet.

Cats must be declawed and neutered or spayed.

Dogs must be at least 6 months old.
